One desktop application for the whole office.
Each module is listed with its real status. The robots work with authorised accounts and defined operations only; access to accounting data is read-only.

Task tracking
Tracks each client's periodic filings and notifications by deadline, and records document delivery.

Regularly checks clients' electronic tax notices (e-Tebligat) on the official portal and reports them to the office.

Rules first, AI last, and a person always approves.
Every entry keeps the reason it was made. The software proposes; the accountant approves.

Rule
Dated rule tables for rates and limits. When legislation changes, the table changes, not the code.

What the firm confirmed before is applied to the next similar document.

AI proposal
For documents no rule or pattern covers, Claude reads the lines and proposes an entry.

Anything still uncertain is not recorded. It goes to the responsible person as a question.

A bookkeeping assistant for the firm's clients, on desktop and phone.
The next product brings the same approach to the businesses that accounting firms serve: incoming invoices, bank movements, live VAT position, receipts by photo and invoices by command.

MüşavirPlus has been built without outside funding since 2022 and is used every day in a working accounting practice. We are now preparing the edition for other firms and the bookkeeping assistant, and we are open to talking with investors and partners who know accounting software or the small-business market in Türkiye.

MüşavirPlus started in 2022 as the internal software of an accounting practice in Istanbul. Every robot was written to remove a task the office was doing by hand, and is used there before it is offered to anyone else.
All of the code is written with Claude Code. The next step is to move Claude from the development workflow into the product itself.
